I have been trying to download this software update since it was initialized. My iPad Pro (12.9-inch) (3rd generation) A204, and I have 204+GB of available space. How can I go about downloading this software?

You only asked how to download the software; the general setting is one way. You can also factory reset the device or try installing the update by using finder (Mac) or iTunes (Windows).

I know how to download software updates; I have been using apple products for over 15 years. These suggestions are generic; I need a true fix. Thanks for trying.
