No longer restoring

I did all that it said and when it came to actually restoring it, after a while it stopped, said that it was unavailable, and then stopped it. Now only the logo is on the screen with a bar underneath with no progress happening what so ever. What on earth do I do now

Troubleshooting a Stuck iPhone:


I. Stuck in a Boot Loop:
