cannot reset security questions
The time I created my account, there was no concept of security questions.
I am trying using this appleid after a long time.
So I thoughts lets change the security questions since the ones asked to me at login are not working at all, I infact never set those since my account inception.
To my surprise, during the reset of security questions, I get this message on the page.
"Cannot reset security questions
We do not have sufficient information to reset your security questions."
Now apple support is not helpful at all here.
