I got a not notification on my phone saying air tag found and I don’t have one and was alone. My phone showed every where it had been as the same as where I had gone the whole day or two. What is this

How can I figure out why I got a notification for air tag and this notification had shown everywhere this device had been and it matched my travels . Then hit locate play sound and I was where the map had shown the device and hit play sound and didn’t hear anything
