Apple Watch Activity Apps Showing Incomplete Workout Badges

Hello. I have a question/troubleshooting regarding wrong number of activity badges shown in the apple watch. As you can see here, from the apple watch it shows these amount of workout badges that I have

While on my iphone Activity apps, it showed these amount of workout badges

Anyone having the same issue?

While i'm at it, anyone noticing that the count for 200%, 300% and 400% move goal badges somehow off? I am on my 724 days workout, but I have 1,692 200% move goal badges, 1,581 300% move goal badges, and 1,496 400% move goal badges
