Received email about MacBook Keyboard Litigation Settlement Administrator

I received a mail about this settlement, but it does not come from apple and i distrusted it.

is it real? somebody can tell me please?

I received a text for a MacBook order I didn't purchase I received a text which reads: “You MacBook order is confirmed! $2266.34 paid. . Est. Delivery: 04/03/2023. Thx!” I looked this number up and appeared to be connected to, which claims to be a web designer and digital marketing company. When I went to their website it appeared to be fake, with links that went nowhere and incomplete main phone number. In order to contact them you have to put in your personal information. I didn’t purchase any computers, so needless to say the message was very suspicious. Has anyone else received similar texts? [Edited by Moderator]

Suspect scam text "Apple approval notice" from iCloud I received a text message from mail@icloud.com that said: "Apple Approval Notice". We have noticed that your Apple iCloud id was recently used at "APPLE STORE - CA" for $143.95, paid by Apple Pay Pre Authorization. Also some suspicious sign in request and apple pay activation request detected. That looks suspicious to us. In order to maintain the security and privacy of your account, we have placed those requests on hold. Your Phots, Data, Bank Information and Cards are at risk. if NOT you? talk to an Apple representative. Failing may lead to auto debit charge that may not be reversed. Call +1 8082****** immediately to cancel this charge. Billing department: https://support.apple.com/billing. Have a great day" Is this a scam? [Edited by Moderator]
