Where’s the search function in Apple TV+ for iPad?

I’m trying to search for shows in Apple TV+ on the iPad. I can’t find a search function. It would be incredible if they weren’t one, because then I would have to browse through everything to find what I’m looking for.

Can anyone tell me where Search is inside the iPad app? It would be most convenient. Instead, I just want to quit the app.

There should be a search function in the side bar in the app. Just press the icon in the top left corner, there should be a button that says search there.
