How to accept "terms and conditions" in Recovery Assistant?
There is no visible tick box or button to accept terms and conditions and "next" arrow is grayed out. Only visible option is to click "back" button which then takes me back to "Reset Password" screen

It sounds like you're trying to accept the Terms & Conditions so you can move forward, but the option is not available. When you see it grayed out like that, it is typically because you need to continue to scroll down, within the window with the Terms & Conditions, do the bottom. Then you should be able to finish.
