How do I transfer voice memos to iCloud

You can sync your Voice Memos using iCloud by following these steps found at See your recordings on all your Apple devices - Apple Support:

With iCloud, your Voice Memos recordings appear automatically in Voice Memos on your Mac and your iOS and iPadOS devices where you’re signed in with the same Apple ID.

• On your Mac: Choose Apple menu  > System Settings, click [your name], click iCloud on the right, then click Options next to iCloud Drive. Select Voice Memos in the list of apps.

Note: If you haven't opened Voice Memos before, it may not appear in the list of apps. Open the app, then check the list of apps again.

• On your iOS or iPadOS device: Go to Settings > [your name] > iCloud, tap Show All, then turn on Voice Memos.

If you want to see a recording on a device where you’re not signed in with the same Apple ID, you can share the recording.

These steps will upload your Voice Memos to iCloud and allow you to access them from any of your devices. Keep in mind that iCloud is not a back up service, but rather a syncing service. If you delete the Voice Memo off one device, it will delete it off all devices, including iCloud.
