Hi caliki,

Thanks for posting this help! But I still get "Unable to save scanned files" error message. Using an Epson Perfection V850 Pro (circa 2016) connected to iMac 2017 running Monterey 12.6.3.

I downloaded Uninstall from the Epson site, ran that and uninstalled a bunch of stuff, then downloaded the main installer package at top of Epson site (ignoring various individual installers beneath), installed, then restarted the iMac. Nada. Didn't work. I must be missing some key step ...

On the Epson site, there are so many drivers to install that it's a little confusing. There is one big package at top, then various separate drivers, below. Do you recommend downloading the separate drivers, instead?

Thanks so much for all of your help!

Reinstall the Device:

Uninstall the device > restart your Mac > reinstall the device with the correct drivers > and then restart your Mac. If Epson does not have drivers for this release, then Epson probably has yet in doing their part. Important: Get the drivers from none other than the manufacture (Epson), and none other, as a way to avoid scams and such).
