Snapchat notification volume is too low , Apple watch gets notifications before phone

I have an Iphone 14Pro with latest iOS . I receive the "Typing Message" notification (at a low volume) and sometimes dont receive the "Message Received" notification. The notification volume seems too low compared to my kid's iPhones . I have all the sound and haptics settings where they need to be, do not disturb is turned off, Active Aware is off. I just don't know how to make the volume any louder. Also, my watch receives notifications before my phone. For example , my Ring camera will send a notification out when there is movement, my watch will receive the notification about 10 seconds before i get the same notification on my phone.
