iPhone 11 tap to pay

Tap to pay feature never works with my iPhone 11, even though I am always able to use my ApplePay to pay for transactions online with my iPhone 11. When I take my iPhone close to the payment device and double click, nothing happens. I’ve tried this too many times in the last 3 months

I guess the problem is with the NFC. Maybe there’s something I’ve done that has deactivated the NFC and that’s why I’m experiencing this.

Please does anyone have ideas on how to fix this? Thanks a lot.

Greetings nojeem128,

If you are using a case with your iPhone, try using Apple Pay with the case removed, to prevent any interference. If the issue remains after that has been done, the next step will be to Contact Apple Support directly for further assistance.
