Mail slow loading

Mail is slow loading. I’ve also noticed a blink on pages. First noticed using FB search I think. Bug?

16.2 iPad update and iPhone 11 updated to this also.

iPad, iPadOS 16

If your iPad seems slow in multiple apps such s FaceBook and Mail, follow the steps in If your iPhone or iPad is running slow. This has details on how to perform the following troubleshooting steps:

Check your network conditions
Close an app that's not responding
Make sure you have enough storage
Turn off Low Power Mode
Keep your device from getting too hot or cold
Look at your battery health

Hi and thanks for help.

Did not help though. I can get mail to load but I have to switch airplane switch on then off to make work. This an old glitch back again.
