Installing failed

Hi there, I am trying to install Heimdall suite using brew. It fails trying to install the Cask section. Terminal output below

brew install heimdall-suite --cask
==> Caveats
heimdall-suite requires a kernel extension to work.
If the installation fails, retry after you enable it in:
  System Preferences → Security & Privacy → General

For more information, refer to vendor documentation or this Apple Technical Note:

If following the instructions at the top (copied over from the Brew install below) fails to resolve this…

If the described remediation sequence fails to resolve this install…

The brew port and the Bitbucket sources appears older than the GitHub sources posted elsewhere. Contact the folks maintaining the brew port, and also let the Homebrew folks know that the port is broken on recent macOS.

You can try your own build from the (apparently-newer?) sources here:

https://github.com/Benjamin-Dobell/Heimdall

Heimdall is also available directly, and this website and the Github appear to be the canonical source:

https://glassechidna.com.au/heimdall/

Kernel extensions can be blocked on the most recent macOS versions, particularly unsigned kernel extensions, and kernel extensions using older and deprecated interfaces.

This is an issue centrally for the app and port maintainers for this app.
