How do remove encryption incoming email

coming emails that are being sent to me that I cannot open because of the encryption will not allow me to do so. I am unable to open any important mail that is being sent to me via for my security protection, but I don't know how to use this tool. Is there a way that I can get assistance with this please anybody help

Mail Privacy Protection Pop Up The is the problem I'm having while trying to login on my Windows 11 PC using the iCloud for Windows App. There is no problem getting the my emails; however, in a split second after seeing my emails, this pop up appears. After it appears I can't close this pop up to read my emails. I did a full virus scan (negative). I tried opening my wife's iCloud emails and the same problem occurs. The pop up just stays there and I can't do anything to get rid of it. This only happens on my desktop. No problem with my iPad or iPhone. Has anyone had this problem and solved it? How do you encrypt email on an iPhone? Are all the email accounts accessed (mail sent and received) through the apple mail app on an iPhone secure? In settings for mail it is grayed out for S/Mime, with no available Option to encrypt emails.

Contact whoever is sending you the encrypted emails. If this is a corporate email account, contact your IT department or help desk.
