When pairing my Apple Watch I am asked to update Apple Watch software. But this proceed fails followed by the message that update cannot be completed due to the absence of Internet connection. Which is not true in fact ‘cause I have 4g connection and keep on receiving messages. But I can’t complete pairing process without update. Maybe I can update my Apple Watch another way? Or maybe there is another way of pairing? Thanks!!!

Let's follow the steps below for help with the error message you're receiving.
"Restart your watch
Restart your Apple Watch, make sure it has an Internet connection, then try updating it again.
If you still see the error, follow the steps in the next section.
Unpair and update your Apple Watch
next to the watch that you want to unpair. Next, set up your Apple Watch with your iPhone. When asked whether you want to set up as new or restore from a backup, choose to set up as new. Then follow the onscreen instructions to finish setup. If you want to update to the watchOS beta, reinstall the beta profile after setup is complete.
Finally, update your Apple Watch."
