Remove attachment reminders

Hi

I have a MacBook Air and keep the system updated to whatever apple sends out as the latest system.

My Mail has started sending me "Do you want to add an attachment?" reminders when I send an email with the word attachment included - even when there is no need for an attachment. How do I switch it off?

I have searched hard but cannot find out how to do so.

Hi SigmundThePsych,

Regarding alert, there isn't an option to turn this off. If there is text in the email that mentions an attachment the prompt will show. You can view a past similar post here: Did you mean to add an attachment? - Read… - Apple Community

You can view settings you can change with macOS Mail here: Change settings in Mail on Mac and Change General settings in Mail on Mac

Feel free to leave feature feedback here: Product Feedback - Apple

Cheers.
