If you Google them, and refine your search to "site:discussions.apple.com" (or something even more clever 😄 ), you can find them pretty easily.

That is something that you installed - deliberately or not.

You can disable or remove them.

If you are unsure, we may be able to help but we need more information. Consider running the diagnostic program Etrecheck and posting its report here using the “additional text” button. If there is anything untoward in your installation we can find in the report and advise. The report does not give out any personal information, as you can attest for yourself before posting anything.

Unfortunately, many applications we install, will only show up by the developers' name rather than by the name of the app. You'll need to discern if it's something you need or want. From other posts here, if I recall correctly, both those names are legit developers for apps installed on your computer.
