Face ID

I have an iPhone 11. I had face ID set up and working fine, but after updating to IOS 16.2 I noticed it wasn’t unlocking my phone. Tried setting up again the FaceID to find it unable to detect my face. Tried resetting but during setup it just tells me “move iPhone lower/higher” over and over. Then it stipulated: ''FaceID is not available''. Anyone else having problems? Is there an easy fix?
