I am unable to sign in to the Apple TV app. I am positive that my user name and password are correct. I am getting error code N/63C5B358.

Hey guys - Just got off the phone with Amazon support. This is a known Apple issue that came up during a recent update. They called it an “emergent issue” that Apple is working on. Called Apple Support who claimed not to know about this… I’m guessing it was a bad update by Apple that’s going to take a few days/weeks to fix. So we’re not crazy - nothing we can do for now (other than maybe cancel Apple TV)

If you have a Roku or Roku tv, I found a solution that worked for me. Instead of logging in when prompted at the Home Screen, I went to settings in Apple TV app, logged in with no problem.

macOS 14.1 recently reinstalled. After being stuck for a while, I logged into Podcasts and authenticated with Apple ID, then auth to TV app magically worked.

It’s a glitch in the app. Delete the app and redownload it. Mine did the same thing

I found some success to resolving this issue by resetting/updating the Samsung TV's network settings. Apple TV remains problematic but it resolved similar issues with other streaming services. Might want to try that.

On what device do you have the Apple TV app?

Same. It’s the only app that can’t seem to tell if I’m connected which is odd so if I either reset the network or the tv itself it resolves itself temporarily at least.

Please tell us on what model device this is happening, as troubleshooting differs by platform and possibly other device properties.

I am getting the same issue trying to log on my Sony tv. It’s the right username/ password. I’ve done it many times and still won’t let me in. Deleted the app, reset my tv and nothing.

Did anyone suggest a fix for it?

i have rebooted my router, installed and deleted the app, changed my password…waited. Still getting the error.

Same here... I can log into apple TV app on all of my devices except my gen 2 firestick... It is driving me insane. Tried everything. Cleared cache, cleared data, deleted app, restarted Firestick, reinstalled... Still the same **** error 63E15682... Bigger question, why have error codes if they mean nothing?

Hey Apple. If you are not going to provide support, and I cannot use the service I am paying for on the device that carries your app, why should I continue to pay you a monthly fee? How about responding to everyone on this discussion board having the same issues. Or do you really not care? Sure seems that way.

Me too ! I am getting the same error on Roku stick+ . Pretty sure they (Apple) updated something and f*cked up everything ! Got logged out from my Roku stick+ , the option to sign in from the web (by entering a code) is not available anymore , and although I am entering correct credentials I cannot login ! Way to go Apple ! So much "security" , we cannot use the service as well ! Geniuses...

Same issue here as well !!! Has anyone figured out the solution ? I believe it was because of an update they did on the App . In Roku the Appletv+ App says Version 13.1b Feb 15,2023 . So I assume that's what caused it ...
