I am unable to sign in to the Apple TV app. I am positive that my user name and password are correct. I am getting error code N/63C5B358.

We are having this issue with a new fire stick 4K. We tried clearing the cache, reinstalling the app, restarting the fire stick, restoring to factory settings, creating an app specific password, and checking the time zone and date/time is accurate. We can log into Apple ID online and on an iPhone. This is the error message we receive over and over on the Fire stick. Please help!

I am having the same issue on a new Firestick 4K. Username and password correct, able to login on phone and computer using the same username and password, had no problem logging on in the past with other Firesticks used on other televisions in our home. I’ve done all the suggestions if checking for updates, reinstalling, clearing cache, etc. etc. etc. I’ve tried a dozen or more times since purchasing it two weeks ago. Help!!

Hey guys - Just got off the phone with Amazon support. This is a known Apple issue that came up during a recent update. They called it an “emergent issue” that Apple is working on. Called Apple Support who claimed not to know about this… I’m guessing it was a bad update by Apple that’s going to take a few days/weeks to fix. So we’re not crazy - nothing we can do for now (other than maybe cancel Apple TV)
