I am unable to sign in to the Apple TV app. I am positive that my user name and password are correct. I am getting error code N/63C5B358.

I've had this issue since Aug of 2021. I got with both Apple and Samsung support and they both couldn't figure it out. They're best solution was to bring my TV to one of their stores to have a technician look at it. They don't give a **** and I've pretty much given up atp

We are having this issue with a new fire stick 4K. We tried clearing the cache, reinstalling the app, restarting the fire stick, restoring to factory settings, creating an app specific password, and checking the time zone and date/time is accurate. We can log into Apple ID online and on an iPhone. This is the error message we receive over and over on the Fire stick. Please help!

I’m having the same problem just with a different error code

I have a new 4K TCL Roku TV and I a m getting the same error message. I have also tried resetting and removing and reinstalling the channel to no avail.

Same problem, different error codes than everyone else. Got logged out of my Roku stick 4K a week and a half ago. Haven’t been able to log in since. Logged in on the log smart tv it’s hooked to just fine so the account works. Looks like apple doesn’t care about us Roku peasants.

I am having the same issue on a new Firestick 4K. Username and password correct, able to login on phone and computer using the same username and password, had no problem logging on in the past with other Firesticks used on other televisions in our home. I’ve done all the suggestions if checking for updates, reinstalling, clearing cache, etc. etc. etc. I’ve tried a dozen or more times since purchasing it two weeks ago. Help!!

Hey guys - Just got off the phone with Amazon support. This is a known Apple issue that came up during a recent update. They called it an “emergent issue” that Apple is working on. Called Apple Support who claimed not to know about this… I’m guessing it was a bad update by Apple that’s going to take a few days/weeks to fix. So we’re not crazy - nothing we can do for now (other than maybe cancel Apple TV)

Bought a new Vizio TV today and am having the same issue. "Verification Failed" message after trying to log in. Funny thing is all the other apps I have - YouTube TV, HBO, Prime and Netflix - all installed very easily. Apple, not so much.

If you have a Roku or Roku tv, I found a solution that worked for me. Instead of logging in when prompted at the Home Screen, I went to settings in Apple TV app, logged in with no problem.

i disconnected my LG50UQ5000PUD SmartTV for 3 days, and after restarting the TV, tried accessing Apple TV and Airplay. Still no success. Can anyone offer any suggestions. Thank you!

Same here, on two Roku sticks. Apple, please advise. We are paying for a service that it is inaccessible.
