This solution worked for me! As someone already posted here, you may want to reset or “wipe” clean your Roku/Apple/ Amazon fire TV stick/box or whatever device you are using to load your TV apps. That was the KEY for me! This was my journey: (BTW, I always was able to watch Apple TV in my IPhone/tablet. The problem was logging in my TV. And I also noticed that by trying to read the logging QR CODE in the TV didn’t prompted any response in my iPhone!)

Plan 1: Deleted the Apple TV app and I loaded it again. It didn’t work XX Plan 1.1: The same but also deleting the app in my I-Phone and login in again. Failure! XX Plan 2. I followed plan 1 but I also unplugged the TV and Amazon box for few minutes. Then I plugged and connected everything back and I also upload the Apple TV app fresh from the App Store. Nothing! XX (I started getting frustrated! ) Plan 2.2 I followed plan 2 but also deleting the Apple TV from my IPhone and turning it OFF and ON my iPhone ( I wrongly assumed that both had to be synchronized) NADA! I am cursing Steve Jobs by now! Plan 3. I took a risk and I restarted my Amazon Fire TV box/Stick or whatever you are using (Roku stick, etc) BACK TO THE FACTORING SETTINGS! That wipes it out. I was careful to take notes of which apps I had (HBO, Hulu, Showtime, etc) so I would upload them activate them again. (I wish you remember all your users and passwords!). Anyway! After I set up again my Amazon fire TV box the first app I uploaded was Apple TV! I turned on my iPhone and I also upload the Apple TV app there. Then I noticed that reading the QR code in the TV still didn’t work but it was able to log in in the TV by simply entering my Apple ID and Password! It worked! I was so happy! Now my Amazon fire tv app is actually faster! Good luck to all of you! I wish one the plans I described above works for you!

I am having the same issue on a new Firestick 4K. Username and password correct, able to login on phone and computer using the same username and password, had no problem logging on in the past with other Firesticks used on other televisions in our home. I’ve done all the suggestions if checking for updates, reinstalling, clearing cache, etc. etc. etc. I’ve tried a dozen or more times since purchasing it two weeks ago. Help!!

I used to be able to watch and use AirPlay to my Samsung but a few months back I started receiving multiple error codes. The latest two are N/63C5B358 and 645BD68B.

I completed the recommended steps (multiple times), making sure I'm up-to-date for each of the devices and logging into Manage Your ID on my MacBook without difficulty. I removed and re-added the AppleTV app on my television as well.

Nothing works.

While I can still watch movies and such from my Mac, I'd much rather do so on my larger television screen. I have not found a solution and it sounds like a whole lot of people are having the same problem.

Same issue. Latest update of Google TV OS on Sony Bravia XR A80K. Latest update of Apple TV+ application. Attempted login 4 times, with a password that I have saved in my password manager. I verified the password on two different devices (phone incognito browser and computer incognito browser), so I know the password is correct.

Error code: N/6463157A

I will need to return this TV if this problem can't be sorted out.

Why the heck would I not be able to just sign in…I’m paying for Apple TV monthly just bought two movies they clearly went through then all of a sudden my tv wouldn’t play movies just from Apple so I reset the app and deleted my info. Always forget my password when I try to sign in cause it doesn’t allow me to just connect using my phone n Face ID and now it’s giving me login issues. It shouldn’t be this complicated.

no biggie you think just airplay right? Well funny thing bout that is you can’t airplay movies BOUGHT from Apple TV. 😒

Prior to 6.23.2023, the app functioned without incident for a month after setup on a TCL RokuTV. Now, in an attempt to resolve a spontaneous "Unable to Connect" error that affected the launch of all TV+ programming with the app, the app was reset. An attempt to sign in again on the app results in repeated Verification Failed error messages. ALL other apps on the TV function normally except Apple TV+. The Apple ID login credentials are legitimate and function normally in other contexts. I'm looking for next most logical path of resolution to both issues.
