I did a trial of Paramount-plus then canceled it the same day, and my apple bill states I bought it twice and is still charging me

While you can’t be charged double for the same subscription on one Apple ID account, it is possible to subscribe to Paramount+ (for the Paramount+ app on an Apple device) and also to Paramount+ tv channels (for the channel inside the Apple TV app). Then these would be listed as separate subscriptions. Each of them can be canceled.
