Just updated to ventura 13.3, and it seems fixed my problem, sleep, restart, shutdown, close lid, open lid and wake up works without problem
previously, just restart or sleep will cause kernel panic

is the touchbar error?, replace it and the problem will be solved
disabled touch bar. made a mid-day shutdown (loop from the board). The error is gone and everything works fine. I have a MacBook Pro M1 2020 13''. touch Bar model A2338. I'm currently looking for a separate spare part, and I hope that this will fix everything.

Panik cpu error. Touch Bar works but does not shine. It happened around October.
Tried a lot of different options. Reinstalling the OS via Recovery Manager, via a USB drive, using a third-party MacBook via Apple Configuration.
All attempts were empty and nothing helped.
I consider it not rational to change this spare part, since its cost is almost the same as the cost of a new laptop

Exactly! I did the same way. But nothing happen. Touchbar still showing blank. Sometimes the light is on but often is not.
