Screen time app limits keep disappearing on my kids’ devices

We have family sharin setup and I turn on Screen time for my kids’ devices. I set App Limits and Downtime and after a while everything resets. No limit is set anymore and Downtime is also turned off. It usually involves asking for “one more minute” but sometimes not even that. It is extremely annoying. I have tried singning in and out of the icloud account, restoring the phone, turning off Screentime off and back on. Nothing helps. The devices are iPhone 7 and iPhone SE 2020 and both are affected.

Exactly the same issue. Also seems related to the “1 more minute” option.

Why has apple not responded to this - kids should not be able to use the 1 minute option or get their settings why can’t we lock out the settings!

The same thing keeps happening to me. I wish Apple would fix this.
