Office 365 "failure to install" on new MBP (M1) 13.x.x
Message: "failure to install. Contact manufacturer"
- Valid Office 365 (personal) subscription wanting to add new MBP device
- OS 13.0.1
- Runs on other MBP M1
Contacted Microsoft, got to level 2 after various non-successful fix attempts; was told this is a known problem with Ventura and will be fixed; meanwhile just downgrade OS to 12. [I choose not to do that, long story.]
Question: ? Is this in fact a known problem? I installed the other Office 365 when using previous OS 12, but don't know that it is a factor.
Any reasonable suggestions gratefully accepted.
