Okay so I had to replace my Iphone 6s battery and every since the phone or battery won't take a charge the home screen doesn't work and and on the screen it's says Touch ID unable to Activate touch I'd on this Iphone... and it shuts off every 5 minutes or so what do I need to do to fix this help me please

It appears that something else has been damaged during the installation of the new battery. If everything was working before the battery replacement and the issues began after the replacement, then some other hardware may have been damaged.
