2. If you use your Beats with multiple devices, do you experience the same issue on all of them?
3. Does this happen with all sound, or only sound when using a certain app?

Reset Powerbeats Pro
1. Place both earbuds in the case. Leave the case open.
2. Press and hold the system button on the case for 15 seconds or until the LED indicator light flashes red and white.

3. Release the system button.
