Interested in that phone, found out it is not available for sale in the USA, at least by Apple. Or is it?

I live in the US but travel to places where available secondary carriers for local calling often do not have an eSim. I therefore need a tray.

What are the buying options in the US for this model?

There are none. That model is not sold in the US at all by Apple or any authorized retailers.
