M2 Macbook Pro not printing

I recently upgraded my older Macbook Pro laptop to the newly released laptop, and now it can't print. Both laptops are on the newer software, Ventura 13.2, but for some odd reason, the M2 will not connect to my HP printer (HP Envy 5055). I've talked to Apple, and they insist it's not the new laptop's fault. I've talked to HP, and they say it has to do with the channel that the printer is on; my internet provider (WiFi) can't connect to my laptop, which is why the printer appears very briefly but never shows anything to be printing. I've installed drivers, software, and pretty much everything Apple and HP have told me, but it still doesn't print from the M2 laptop. It prints perfectly from the older Macbook Pro (which I deleted the printer from and re-installed perfectly with no hiccups), but it fails every time on the newer one. Laptop and printer are on the same networks, I've reseted and restarted pretty much everything. Does anyone know what can be done?
