iPhone has unresponsive screen after battery and charging port were replaced

I would try Force restart iPhone - Apple Support

otherwise then I would return it to the place it was repaired as they must have broken it and expect them to resolve the issue

Since Apple doesn’t replace the ‘charging port’, I have to assume you had the work done by an unauthorized shop.

Take it back to them and ask them to make it right. Apple won’t touch that phone now that it’s been tampered with.

Is the front screen cracked? If so the screen could of lost its touch
