unable to sign into iCloud on iMac to view New iCloud Terms and Conditions after OS update to Ventura 13.2

After doing a system update on my 2017 21.5 inch iMac to Ventura 13.2, I cannot accept the new terms and Conditions because when I go to Sign in to iCloud it just keeps spinning with "Logging in" and never connects. I can log in to my iPad and my iPhone just not my iMac. I can loggin via Apple Website.

Troubleshooting Terms & Conditions:

Report this to Apple:

You are not alone. This is a commonly-reported issue on these forums. Question is: "How many people have actually reported this?" So, do your part: Report this to Apple. Apple may not get back to your directly, but the more feedback they receive this, the more they will know what is occurring, and what to include in updates to come.

  1. Go Here: Feedback - iCloud - Apple
  2. Select: "Software/Firmware Update" for the "Feedback Type"
  3. Comment: that is all occurred after installing an update. Include the URL of this thread.
  4. Proceed from there as necessary
