how to reset macbook 13in 2014

I'm trying to clean up and reset a 13in Macbook Pro 2014 for basic office use. I get the question mark when booting it after trying to reset the whole thing, but the instructions on here dont look like my screen and i dont have many of the options such as "repairing volumes." I also cannot just reinstall the system because it takes me through the agreements to reinstall OS X (mavericks?) but when asking me to select the disk gives no options and wont let me hit "Install"
