I tried the free upload and at first it wouldn't send as a download, then it did, but the download wouldn't work. I tried again and got a message that the download was only free in North America. I live in Hawaii. This has never happened in the past.

Did you already have Print Shop for Mac version 4 installed? The 4.1 is just an update, not the full installer.
And, how did you manage to get Print Shop for Mac v4? There are lots of users (including me) who received emails from MacKiev over a year ago offering v4 at no charge but after that everything has gone silent. Martin, I apologize. I actually don't know what version of Printshop I'm running because I would just download the upgrades and there's nothing that tells me what version I have. I downloaded Mac OS Ventura yesterday and now I create a project in Printshop, but not print it. Wish I'd never loaded Ventura. Wish we both had better news from MacKiev. Aloha, Allison
