Watch CONSTANTLY asking me to sign in with my Apple ID

WHY does my Apple Watch keep asking me to sign in with my Apple ID?? It's obviously connected to my phone (Calendar, Fitness apps, Podcasts, etc...). I followed all the set up instructions when I got the phone initially and connected everything, yet every 10 minutes I get a notification to sign in on the watch with my Apple ID... even though it's being recognized on my Watch app on my phone... so I sign in with my Apple ID ... again ... and then I get prompted to sign in AGAIN. WHY????

Unless one of the higher ranking community members have some better ideas, I'm going to suggest these:

Do a Restart or a Forced Restart of your watch to see if that will correct things.

Restart your Apple Watch - Apple Support

A Factory Reset might even be required if the restarts didn't fix the issue.

Unpair and erase your Apple Watch - Apple Support

A watch reset isn't as huge of a deal as resetting a phone. I would recommend that you check for any updates prior to resetting it.

Check in your paired iPhone and the watch by going into Settings, > General, > About

The current watchOS is 9.3

The current iOS is 16.3
