Apple TV not working with Cellular Data

Why does the Apple TV app not work with cellular data? “Use Cellular Data” is turned on.

Answered my own question. The “Cellular Usage” button (iPhone) was not the problem. Instead, I went to Settings-Cellular-Cellular Data Button to on-scroll down to “TV” and press button to on. Thx!

The TV app on iPhone or iPad needs internet access, to show anything other than the local library.

Through Wi-Fi, the TV app should have regular internet access.
On cellular, the TV app would need extra permission to use cellular data. Settings﹥Cellular﹥[scroll down to apps list] TV app﹥
