I accidentally went on unsecure website, concerned about malware/virus on ipad

Hi, I went on a link that an author had in his book. That link led to another that said « Click here »

I clicked that and it took me to a website in a foreign language,

Now I am concerned since when I went back to original page, the top

of my browser said Unsecure Website.

i quickly updated my IOS but what else can I do to make sure that clicking on unsecure and foreign website did not install malware on my ipad?
