I've just bought a new windows laptop but when I've downloaded iCloud I'm unable to sync to Outlook.
This is all I see. I've followed the instructions to create an iCloud email address, which I never had to do to sync to my old computer but still no joy.
I'm going round in ever decreasing circles. I hope someone can tell me what I've missed.
