How to return AirPods Max to Amazon successfully? I bought Airpods Max on Amazon and want to return them. I have disconnected them, removed them from "find my." Factory reset them over a dozen times. I even went to the Apple Store to verify that they were indeed properly reset. Yet, when I log into Amazon this is the message I get when trying to generate a shipping label: "This device requires a factory reset before being returned Contact an expert and confirm that you have completed a factory reset of your device to remove your personal data before returning it. They can help you reset it if necessary." I have called Amazon customer support and they insist there is nothing that they can do. Does anyone have any suggestions?
