Return not allowed on item just purchased from Apple Store
Just purchased a new iPad Air and case from the Apple Store. The Case is the Logitech Folio Touch, and the keyboard does not detach as I thought it did. I just opened it today saw it was not what I wanted and tried to set up a return, but got the message "this is not eligible for return". It meets all the criteria listed on the Apple Store site for returns, and I purchased it directly from the store. Why can't I return it?
