apple wallet cant add a card

is there a setting that prevents apple pay from working?I live in region where apple pay is supported, my bank is also trusted by apple, but when i go into wallet and click add a card this error comes up it says: Cannot Add Card Payment cards are not supported for this account.

We suspected that error will be in settings because i am only 15 and have screen time restrictions, and we also did some research and neither my dad or i couldnt find the setting. I also called on support for my bank but they said it wasnt the banks fault.

You cannot add a Debit/Credit Card to Apple Pay if the county that you have chosen under the Apple ID does not support it. (e.g. India)

Adding Credit/Debit Cards to Apple Wallet depends on the country that you live in --> Countries and regions that support Apple Pay

However, you may add any of the following passes/tickets

Adding Boarding Passes, Bookmyshow Tickets, IRCTC (Railway) tickets, Airline Tickets, Game Tickets and Hotel Bookings are only possible if the issuer has enabled the "Add to Apple Wallet" feature for the tickets/passes issued by them. See some examples below.

The card issuer must enable the "Add to Apple Wallet" feature.

it could be your age I guarantee somewhere there is a place where you can change the date and your age and restrictions.
