I have a problem with ECG app, I think it's the crown, because it works properly everywhere else except when I try to measure my pulse, I'm resting my arm then put my finger on the crown but it doesn't work.
Please help me :)

When taking a reading for heart rate (pulse) you do not use the crown.
Here is Apple document on subject.
It sounds as if you are doing things correctly. I have a couple suggestions for things to try:
1. Try using a different finger (i.e. Try your pinky)
2. "If something doesn't seem to be working right..."

Yes. Try using another finger. The purpose of the finger on the crown is to provide a ground reference. An ECG is measuring electrical current in your body.
If a different finger nets the same result (the timer doesn't start), then try to reboot your watch and/or preform a Forced Restart.

Try it again and maybe give it a little bit of time to start counting.
Use your index finger on the side of the crown and then using your other fingers on that same hand, try pressing your watch against your wrist.
Maybe your wrist band is lifting your watch off your wrist when you are setting your arm down.

What is it that you're trying to do, measure your pulse or run an ECG?

You misunderstood me, Im not reading the heart rate but instead Im trying to measure my pulse by putting my finger in the crown and it supposed to start counting down from 30 to 1 seconds but it doesn't. Nothing happens, just what the Watch tells me 'hold your finger on the crown'.
Yeah, not measure the pulse, but to do ECG .. from these point (on your photo) when I hold my finger on the crown it doesn't start counting down from 30 .. I tried forced restart, reboot, even restarted my iPhone, I read somewhere to reinstall the ECG App, but I don't know how to do it. It seems like something's wrong with the crown, because from Heart app and Mindfulness app it measures the pulse .. it really annoys me that Crown :(
