So I’ve just setup the USB tethering on my PC and now when I use it, the speed is really good for a minute or two. After that, the speed starts to drop and then the connection stops completely. When I unplug my iPhone and plug it back in, it does the same thing. I’m using Windows 11 and the latest iOS version.
Edit: I noticed that the iTunes app on my PC stops recognizing my iPhone just before the connection stops.

If it happens also with different devices, beyond your PC, (if you can, test your Personal Hotspot with a friend's smartphone), contact your cellular carrier and explain your problem.
Should it only happen with your PC, some settings could need to be changed on your PC.

I got exactly the same issue with my iphone , windows 11 and latest iOs. iTunes stop recognizing the device , but the Apple mobile device support seems to be running . Wi-fi hotspot works fine but usb tethering is impossible for me for more that 2 minutes
2nd edit: It seems that the Apple Mobile Device Support service isn't running on my PC. I think that's the problem but I don't know how to fix it.
