No. The oldest version of Office that will run on macOS 10.15 and is Office 2016.

The (monthly rental) Office 365 subscription (also now called Microsoft 365) or the (perpetual license) Office 2021 version are current and supported.

Alternatives to Microsoft Office include LibreOffice (free), and Apple iWork (free) can read and write many Office documents.

As you've already been notified the answer is no. However, you might want to investigate on of these two free alternatives to MS Office: LibreOffice and SoftMaker FreeOffice.

I prefer LibreOffice but give both of them a try. Both can open, edit and save Word documents in Word format or their own format. Same goes for Excel and PowerPoint.
