No. The oldest version of Office that will run on macOS 10.15 and is Office 2016.
The (monthly rental) Office 365 subscription (also now called Microsoft 365) or the (perpetual license) Office 2021 version are current and supported.
The previous (perpetual license) Office 2019 is still supported for a while but not is no longer being sold.
Alternatives to Microsoft Office include LibreOffice (free), and Apple iWork (free) can read and write many Office documents.

As you've already been notified the answer is no. However, you might want to investigate on of these two free alternatives to MS Office: LibreOffice and SoftMaker FreeOffice.
I prefer LibreOffice but give both of them a try. Both can open, edit and save Word documents in Word format or their own format. Same goes for Excel and PowerPoint.
Thanks everyone for their input. I am trying to migrate forward 12+ years of emails, their replies and the structure of folders used to file them away. When I try to import an archive from Office 2011 for MAC to 2019 Office, it can't process the file created by the export. I am searching for steps that might give me a chance of doing that.
Sorry for being so inexperienced with MACs.
When I installed Thunderbird on the new MAC (where I have transferred the 2011 Outlook exported archive) the import function is grayed out.
Do I need to do something on the old MAC?
I have not yet tried the Sea Monkey suite. I will try that on the new MAC, too.
The usual Outlook archive file is a PST. Is that what you have here?
If so, here are the usual paths into Thunderbird from a PST:

Here’s a free-for-home-users tool:
No. You need to upgrade Microsoft Office to the current version.
NO
See if Mozilla Thunderbird, or the SeaMonkey suite, can import the archive.
In a MAC, the Outlook files are .olm files. That's what the export created.
