Read previous postings & answers, none of those solutions are working. Our TV is stuck in zoom; however, it will not let us move the screen or zoom area. It will also not let us zoom back out. Due to the zoom we can not manually check the accessibility setting to turn it off. Any other suggestions?

Thanks for the reply. None of those options worked but we finally disconnected AppleTV, unplugged it all and reset it up; that cleared it. Odd thing was we couldn't get to anything - meaning the zoom was so far zoomed in we couldn't even see the options in Settings to select anything. Once we plugged back in and reconnected it was fine. We went into the settings just to check and zoom was turned off. We have no idea how it got stuck in that mode, very frustrating but we hope it doesn't happen again; lost several hours of TV time trying to resolve. Thank you, have a good day.

In Settings 
on Apple TV, go to Accessibility > Zoom and turn Zoom off.
You might otherwise try asking Siri to turn Zoom off or open Settings or open Accessibility in Settings?
