Can’t reach customer support service

Hey guys, Really don’t know what to do.


I’ve bought 1-year subscription premium (149zł), and then upgraded it for premium plus(199zł). 

At first I didn’t received refund, and send a request 13.02.23. to received refund for premium subscription(which was approved), but my premium plus plan also has been cancelled, and I don’t have access to it for two days. 


I can’t reach customer support with app, because both purchases marked as refunded, but I received refund only for premium plan subscription. Can’t find any contacts for support besides the app


There is no words to describe how I’m annoyed by this situation. I supposed to learn new skills with my yearly subscription, but instead of it I searching support forums for help😡🤬😡🥵
