Keyboard is not automatically displayed large when using apple pencil. Scribbles option is disabled

Good morning, I have just recently bought my iPad.

When I want to write in a text box and the pencil is activated, the keyboard does not open in large directly but there is a bubble which I have to open and click on open keyboard.

How can I make the keyboard open directly?

I have seen many posts and they gave as a solution to deactivate the option "Scribbles", but I already had this option deactivated.

Below I attach screenshots so you can see my problem and the settings.

Thank you very much!

Do you have an external keyboard connected? This will impact the appearance of the on-screen keyboard.

If your iPad is not performing as expected, try a forced-restart - as this will often clear an isolated issue:

Force restart iPad (models with Face ID or with Touch ID in the top button)

If your iPad doesn’t have the Home button, do the following:

  1. Press and quickly release the volume button nearest to the top button.
  2. Press and quickly release the volume button farthest from the top button.
  3. Press and hold the top button.
  4. When the Apple logo appears, release the top button.

Force restart iPad (models with the Home button)

Press and hold the top button and the Home button at the same time. When the Apple logo appears, release both buttons.

Hello,

I found out why this is happening but I would like to know if it is possible to deactivate it so that it performs the same action as when the pen is not activated.

As you can see in the video in the first part is seen without the pen activated, you select a text box and write if you want if you can not select the button to hide the keyboard and disappears until you click again on the text box.

In the following case of the video with the pencil activated if you click on the button to hide the keyboard, it remains in the form of a bubble as a shortcut that even if you leave the screen and click on the text again it will remain as it was before.

I don't know if I made myself clear. I hope you can help me to know if there is a solution.
