After some difficulty I was able to log into Apple TV, but when I tried to open any program the shopping cart lit up as if we had not paid for the subscription. But I have checked and the monthly subscription is being charged to our credit card.
what am I doing wrong?
On what device is this happening? Is this for the Apple TV box, or something else?
What show were you trying to watch that prompted this? The Apple TV app can also access select content that isn’t part of the Apple TV+ subscription, an that other content will have to be paid for separately. There is e.g. movies and TV shows for buy or rent from the Apple iTunes Store, and also select in-app third party channels, each by subscription.
