Where are podcast files located on my MacBook?

PLEASE don't give me an answer which refers to Group.Containers - No such folder exists on my MacBook, running Monterrey.

Steve Jobs used to make apple work instinctively, and easily. Why is it so hard to find podcast and downloaded mp3 files? I'm guessing tens of thousands want to download content to MP3 players or headphones which can be used offline
